It is interesting to me to know that hippos only have four toes. They have webbed feet, so four toes is enough to hold up a hippo's weight, which is 3 1/2 tons. Here is a picture of a hippo's foot.




That's not right! Here is a real picture! It's hard to tell, but there's only two others on the other side.
