Donkeys


The donkey is the smallest of the horse family, (and the cutest!) They have longer ears, and tend to be stubby. Their lifespan is generally 20 to 25 years in the wild, (40 years in captivity.) Their are herbivores, eating mainly grasses and shrubs. Non-domesticated and domesticated donkeys are found world-wide.
